Change is no longer an option. All organisations are currently faced with the need to change and transform themselves. This course is designed for those who are wants to lead change. The objective is to gain a thorough understanding of the change process and how to be successful at it and to ultimately further develop the ability to plan, initiate, manage and evaluate change in an organisational context.

Who is this course for?

This course is aimed at people who are involved in change processes. It is aimed at managers or people who are responsible for or involved in a change management role or project either because they are part of the project team who is leading the change or who are responsible for implementing change in their department or functions. It is also aimed a project managers that are introducing new initiatives that have a significant impact in how people in the organisation work.
